Export GroupWise Address Book to CSV File Format.
Step 1: Launch GroupWise, and click Address Book on the toolbar.
Step 2: Choose the Address book to be exported.
Step 3: Go to File menu, and then click Export.
Step 4: In the dialog box that appears, click Entire Address Book.
